Red Velvet Cheesecake Bundt Cake

A decadent fusion of red velvet cake and creamy cheesecake baked in a Bundt pan for a stunning dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix red velvet cake mix, water, oil, and eggs until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  4. Pour half the red velvet batter into the Bundt pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture over batter, then top with remaining batter.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes before inverting.
  6. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over cooled cake before serving.
