- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup raspberry jam
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly. Press half the mixture into the bottom of prepared baking sheet.
- Spread raspberry jam evenly over the base. Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and remaining crumble mixture. Sprinkle over jam.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden. Let cool before cutting into squares.
