Quick & Easy 2-Ingredient Pumpkin Bread

An incredibly simple and moist pumpkin bread made with just two ingredients for a fast and delicious treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the spice cake mix and pumpkin puree. Stir until just combined and no dry mix remains (do not overmix).
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
