For the Crust:

  • 1 package (20 oz) pumpkin ravioli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh sage leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened.
  4. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh sage.
