For the Crust:
- 1 package (20 oz) pumpkin ravioli
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh sage leaves for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, gently tossing to coat in the sauce. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh sage.
