- 2 tablespoons vanilla syrup

- 2 cups cold brew coffee
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream, pumpkin puree, vanilla syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
- Using a hand mixer or frother, whip the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy but still pourable (about 1-2 minutes).
- Fill a glass with ice and pour cold brew coffee over the ice.
- Gently pour the pumpkin cream cold foam over the top of the cold brew.
- Sprinkle with additional pumpkin pie spice if desired and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, use chilled heavy cream and keep all ingredients cold. The foam should be thick but still pourable – avoid over-whipping. Customize sweetness by adjusting the vanilla syrup to taste. Store any leftover pumpkin cream in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
