Pineapple Orange Swirl Cheesecake

A creamy cheesecake with tropical pineapple and zesty orange swirls for a refreshing dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  3. Divide the batter into two bowls. Stir crushed pineapple into one half and orange juice plus zest into the other.
  4. Alternately spoon the pineapple and orange batters over the crust. Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
