For the Crust:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
- Divide the batter into two bowls. Stir crushed pineapple into one half and orange juice plus zest into the other.
- Alternately spoon the pineapple and orange batters over the crust. Use a knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is almost set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
