For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, oil, pineapple juice, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
