Pineapple Juice Bundt Cake

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add eggs, oil, pineapple juice, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely.
