For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Mix crushed pineapple with pineapple juice and spoon over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Swirl with a knife. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
