Pineapple Cream Cheesecake

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake with a sweet pineapple swirl and a buttery graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 8 oz whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch springform pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  3. Spread half the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  4. Mix crushed pineapple with pineapple juice and spoon over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cream cheese mixture.
  5. Swirl with a knife. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
