			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and sour cream.
- Fold in drained crushed pineapple, then pour mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
