- ▢2 packages (14 oz each) Lil’ Smokies sausages
- ▢1 cup brown sugar
- ▢1 cup pineapple juice
- ▢1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)
- ▢1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ▢1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ▢1 teaspoon onion powder
- ▢½ teaspoon black pepper
- ▢¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Whisk together brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic, onion, and seasonings until smooth.
- Add sausages to slow cooker and pour glaze over them.
- Stir in pineapple chunks for texture and flavor.
- Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with toothpicks for easy snacking.
