Instructions
- Add frozen pineapple chunks, frozen blueberries, coconut milk, vanilla yogurt, pineapple juice, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses, top with whipped cream if desired, and serve immediately with a straw.
Notes
For a thicker texture, add more ice or frozen fruit. Substitute dairy-free yogurt for a vegan version. Garnish with fresh blueberries and pineapple slices for extra appeal.
