Irresistible Pillsbury Biscuit Cheese Bombs

Deliciously gooey cheese-filled biscuit bites that are perfect for snacking or appetizers.

For the Crust:

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands! Flaky Layers biscuits
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 16 cubes
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Separate biscuit dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit in half to make 16 pieces.
  3. Flatten each piece and place a mozzarella cube in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese, sealing tightly.
  4. Place cheese bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter.
  5. In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle over the cheese bombs.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
