Peanut Butter and Jelly Cheesecake

A decadent cheesecake combining the classic flavors of peanut butter and jelly in a creamy dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of jelly on top and swirl with a knife.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
