			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup strawberry jelly
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Pour filling over crust. Drop spoonfuls of jelly on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until center is almost set. Cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving if desired.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings to taste.
