Peanut Butter Cup Pie

A decadent no-bake pie with a chocolate cookie crust, creamy peanut butter filling, and topped with chopped peanut butter cups.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 10 peanut butter cups, chopped
  • Chocolate syrup for drizzling

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into 9-inch pie plate, and chill for 30 minutes
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
  3. In separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into peanut butter mixture
  4. Fold in 3/4 of chopped peanut butter cups, then spread filling into chilled crust
  5. Top with remaining peanut butter cups, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and chill for at least 4 hours

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
