For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 10 peanut butter cups, chopped
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into 9-inch pie plate, and chill for 30 minutes
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth
- In separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into peanut butter mixture
- Fold in 3/4 of chopped peanut butter cups, then spread filling into chilled crust
- Top with remaining peanut butter cups, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and chill for at least 4 hours
