Peanut Butter Cup Pie

A rich and creamy peanut butter pie with a chocolate crust, topped with chopped peanut butter cups.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 10 peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
  5. Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
