			For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 10 peanut butter cups, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top. Sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
