  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in whipped cream and chopped peanut butter cups.
  4. Spread the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
