For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
- 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
- Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream and chopped peanut butter cups.
- Spread the filling into the chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.
