For the Crust:
- 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
- In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well blended.
- In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter. Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture, then top with remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before serving.
