Peanut Butter Brownie Cups

Rich, fudgy brownie cups swirled with creamy peanut butter for a decadent treat.

For the Crust:

  • 1 box (18.3 oz) fudge brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine brownie mix, oil, eggs, and water. Stir until well blended.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter. Add a spoonful of peanut butter mixture, then top with remaining brownie batter. Swirl gently with a knife.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Cool completely before serving.
