Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, softened margarine or butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until evenly coated.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on wax paper-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  5. Dip each peanut butter ball into melted chocolate, coating completely, then return to wax paper.
  6. Refrigerate until chocolate is set, about 30 minutes.

Notes
