Oreo Ice Cream Cake

A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake Oreo ice cream cake with layers of cookies and creamy ice cream.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Additional Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  2. Spread half of the softened vanilla ice cream over the crust. Drizzle with half of the hot fudge sauce.
  3. Repeat with another layer of the remaining ice cream and hot fudge sauce. Top with whipped cream and garnish with additional Oreo cookies.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm. Slice and serve.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
