For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Add cubed potatoes, beef broth, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top, cover, and let melt for 2-3 minutes. Garnish with parsley before serving.
