Cranberry Jello Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 oz red raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 Cup boiling water
  • 14 oz can whole cranberry sauce
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple (with juice)
  • 1 Cup chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Instructions

  1. Lightly grease an 8×13 dish or your favorite serving bowl. Boil water.
  2. In a bowl, carefully whisk together the 1 cup of hot water and the Jell-O mix.
  3. To the Jell-O mix, add the cranberry sauce, undrained crushed pineapple, and chopped walnuts. Mix.
  4. Immediately pour into an 8×13 dish or your favorite dish to serve. Chill for at least 5 hours or until set.
