For the Crust:
- 2 cups mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 cup pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond butter
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a food processor, blend the mixed nuts until finely chopped.
- Add shredded coconut, cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Process until well combined.
- Drain the soaked dates and add them to the mixture along with almond butter. Process until a sticky dough forms.
- Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish or mold.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares or desired shapes and serve chilled.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
