For the Crust:
- 1 cup golden Oreos, crushed
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of small jars or glasses. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Layer half the mousse over the crust, then swirl in strawberry jam. Repeat layers and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
