No-Bake Mini Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Mousse

A light and creamy no-bake dessert with layers of strawberry cheesecake mousse and golden Oreo crunch, perfect for individual servings.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup golden Oreos, crushed
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of small jars or glasses. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Layer half the mousse over the crust, then swirl in strawberry jam. Repeat layers and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
