No-Bake Mini Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Mousse

A light and creamy no-bake dessert with layers of strawberry cheesecake mousse and golden Oreo crunch, topped with fresh strawberries.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup crushed golden Oreos
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • Additional strawberries for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into bottom of serving glasses. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In separate bowl, whip cream to stiff peaks.
  3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until combined. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
  4. Spoon mousse over crust layers. Chill at least 2 hours. Garnish with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
