No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine sliced strawberries, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir well and set aside.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  4. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers on the bottom.
  5. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  6. Top with half of the strawberry mixture.
  7. Repeat layers with the remaining graham crackers, cream cheese mixture, and strawberries.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
