No-Bake Mini Strawberry Banana Pudding Crunch Cheesecakes

Delightful mini cheesecakes with layers of creamy banana pudding, fresh strawberries, and a crunchy crust—no baking required!

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant banana pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup crushed vanilla wafers (for topping)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of 8-10 mini mason jars or dessert cups.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust, followed by banana pudding mixture, and diced strawberries.
  5. Top with additional whipped topping and crushed vanilla wafers for crunch.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
