- 16 cups popped popcorn (about 3/4 cup unpopped kernels)
- 10.5 oz bag mini marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 large bag M&Ms or Mini Cadbury Eggs
- Non-stick cooking spray or extra butter for the pan
Instructions
- Add popped popcorn to a large bowl. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter it well and set aside.
- Melt butter and marshmallows together in a large pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
- Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until every piece is coated.
- Gently stir in the M&Ms or Mini Cadbury Eggs.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and press firmly.
- Let stand for 30 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.
Notes
You can customize the add-ins with your favorite candies or seasonal treats. For a chewier texture, use air-popped popcorn. Store covered and enjoy within 2 days.
