No Bake Popcorn Cake

A fun and festive no-bake treat made with popcorn, marshmallows, and colorful candies, pressed into a bundt pan for a cake-like shape. Perfect for parties and holidays!

Ingredients

  • 16 cups popped popcorn (about 3/4 cup unpopped kernels)
  • 10.5 oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 large bag M&Ms or Mini Cadbury Eggs
  • Non-stick cooking spray or extra butter for the pan

Instructions

  1. Add popped popcorn to a large bowl. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray or butter it well and set aside.
  2. Melt butter and marshmallows together in a large pot over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
  3. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and stir until every piece is coated.
  4. Gently stir in the M&Ms or Mini Cadbury Eggs.
  5. Spoon the mixture into the prepared bundt pan and press firmly.
  6. Let stand for 30 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.

Notes

You can customize the add-ins with your favorite candies or seasonal treats. For a chewier texture, use air-popped popcorn. Store covered and enjoy within 2 days.
