Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter to form the crust. Press into a pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple.
- Pour the filling over the crust and refrigerate until set.
- Top with additional whipped topping and crushed pineapple before serving.
