- 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Toast the chopped pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. Set aside.
- In a medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar, and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt, toasted pecans, and shredded coconut. Mix until well combined.
- Drop tablespoon-sized portions onto parchment paper. Let cool completely until set, about 20-30 minutes.
