No Bake Peach Pecan Cheesecake Ring

A creamy, no-bake cheesecake with fresh peaches and crunchy pecans, shaped into a beautiful ring for a stunning dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 cups diced fresh peaches
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch ring mold. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Layer half the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Top with half the peaches and pecans. Repeat layers.
  4. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving if desired.
