No Bake Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A creamy, decadent cheesecake with layers of Oreo crust, peanut butter filling, and chocolate ganache topping.

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
  4. Spread the filling over the Oreo crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake. Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
