			For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies (crushed)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
- 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the peanut butter mixture.
- Spread the filling over the Oreo crust and smooth the top. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the cheesecake. Garnish with chopped peanuts before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
