No Bake Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with a crunchy Oreo crust and swirls of peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • Additional Oreos and peanut butter for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour filling over crust, smooth top, and swirl in extra peanut butter. Garnish with crushed Oreos.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
