- 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
- Additional Oreos and peanut butter for topping
Instructions
- Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter; press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Pour filling over crust, smooth top, and swirl in extra peanut butter. Garnish with crushed Oreos.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set before serving.
