For the Crust:
- 24 Oreo cookies, divided
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream, cold
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Crush 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and granulated sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Pour filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top. Crush the remaining 4 Oreos and sprinkle over the cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
