No Bake Oreo Peanut Butter Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with an Oreo crust, swirled with peanut butter and topped with chocolate ganache.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, cold
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (for ganache)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press firmly into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture until combined.
  3. Spread filling over chilled crust. Smooth top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  4. For ganache, heat 1/4 cup heavy cream until steaming. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Drizzle over chilled cheesecake before serving.

Notes
