No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie

A creamy, refreshing no-bake pie with the nostalgic flavor of orange creamsicles.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk, orange juice concentrate, and orange zest until thickened. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Gently fold in remaining whipped cream. Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

Notes
