For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Set aside.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
- In a separate bowl, whisk pudding mix, milk, orange juice concentrate, and orange zest until thickened. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in remaining whipped cream. Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
