For the Crust:
- 1 9-inch graham cracker pie crust
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 container (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- Orange food coloring (optional)
- Orange slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk until fully combined and smooth.
- Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, and a few drops of orange food coloring if using, mixing until uniform in color.
- Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no white streaks remain.
- Pour the filling into the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until firm. Garnish with orange slices before serving if desired.
