For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 tbsp orange zest
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Stir in orange juice concentrate and zest. Gently fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread filling into chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
