No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Pie

A creamy, citrusy dessert that captures the nostalgic flavor of orange creamsicles in a no-bake pie.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tbsp orange zest

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill for 30 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Stir in orange juice concentrate and zest. Gently fold pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread filling into chilled crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
