Instructions

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs and melted butter; press into mini cheesecake molds or cups.
  2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
  3. Spoon cheesecake mixture over crusts. Drizzle with strawberry jam and swirl gently.
  4. Sprinkle crushed strawberry shortcake cookies on top. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
