Heavenly No-Bake Mini Key Lime Pies

Deliciously tangy and creamy mini key lime pies with a buttery graham cracker crust, perfect for a refreshing dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tbsp key lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottoms of 12 lined muffin cups to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the lime mixture.
  5. Spoon the filling over the chilled crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
