No-Bake Mini Key Lime Pies

Creamy and tangy no-bake mini key lime pies with a graham cracker crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 tsp key lime zest
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of 12 lined muffin tins to form the crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and zest until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Spoon the filling over the chilled crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
