For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into 6 small jars or ramekins to form crusts.
- Prepare pudding with cold milk according to package directions. Let set for 5 minutes.
- Layer banana slices over crusts, then spoon pudding over bananas.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Top each pie with whipped cream.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
