No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Easy, creamy, and delicious individual banana cream pies with a graham cracker crust and fluffy whipped topping.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into 6 small jars or ramekins to form crusts.
  2. Prepare pudding with cold milk according to package directions. Let set for 5 minutes.
  3. Layer banana slices over crusts, then spoon pudding over bananas.
  4. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form. Top each pie with whipped cream.
  5. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with extra banana slices if desired.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
