For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 medium bananas, sliced
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of 4 individual serving dishes.
- Layer banana slices over the crust in each dish.
- In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
- Spoon the pudding mixture over the banana slices in each dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional banana slices or whipped topping if desired.
