No-Bake Mini Banana Cream Pies

Easy and delicious individual banana cream pies that require no baking, perfect for a quick dessert.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 medium bananas, sliced
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of 4 individual serving dishes.
  2. Layer banana slices over the crust in each dish.
  3. In another bowl, whisk pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon the pudding mixture over the banana slices in each dish.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional banana slices or whipped topping if desired.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
