For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of small jars or ramekins to form the crust. Chill for 10 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk the pudding mix with cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Layer sliced bananas over the chilled crust, then spoon the pudding mixture on top.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of powdered sugar if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
