No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with layers of German chocolate flavor, topped with a decadent coconut-pecan frosting.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread filling over crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Before serving, top with coconut, pecans, and drizzle with caramel sauce.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
