No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake with the classic flavors of German chocolate, featuring a chocolate crust, coconut-pecan topping, and smooth cheesecake filling.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sauce

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Top with shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
