For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Mix chocolate graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread cheesecake filling over the chilled crust. Top with shredded coconut, chopped pecans, and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
